What We Need

ShaleApps is looking for a Customer Experience Manager to grow our customer base for SANDi™. This individual will onboard our customers (Frac Companies, E&Ps, Sand Companies and Trucking Companies), and lead the development of our current customers to support the overall company growth strategy. This position reports to the VP of Sales & Operations.

What You’ll Do

Manage Customer target accounts:

  • Trian and onboard users across Frac Companies, E&Ps, Sand Companies and Trucking Companies

  • Manage the customer acquisition process from onboarding, to operations, to contract negotiation, to post sale project implementation

  • Manage change management and adoption cycle of users

Travel:

  • Travel domestically >50% of the time, mostly across Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado and Ohio.

Strategize to Increase Adoption:

  • Develop monthly account management report with strategy, KPIs, and progress update

Impact our direction:

  • Work with both internal and external stakeholders to drive product partnerships and influence our product development roadmap to drive growth and differentiation

What You Have

  • Knowledgeable in Frac Logistics Operations

  • Experience in implementing SaaS in oilfield operations

  • Demonstrated success in growing client accounts

  • Proven track record of exceeding annual targets and KPIs

  • Our solution impacts operations and supply chain organizations, hence the ability to work with customer’s cross-functional organization and lead change management is critical
